Year 6 Residential Visit to Pinkery Centre for Outdoor Learning
We are delighted to confirm that our Year 6 pupils will be visiting Pinkery Centre for Outdoor Learning on their residential trip from Tuesday 25th May to Friday 28th May 2027.
This exciting 3-night, 4-day residential will provide children with a fantastic opportunity to learn, explore and develop important life skills in a unique outdoor environment.
About Pinkery
Nestled in the heart of Exmoor National Park, Pinkery is a residential outdoor learning centre surrounded by beautiful moorland scenery. The centre offers a wide range of outdoor learning experiences designed to build:

- Problem-solving skills
Pinkery is also entirely off-grid, powered by renewable energy, giving children a valuable insight into sustainable living.
Activities
During their stay, pupils may take part in:
- Team-building challenges

- Evening activities
- Stargazing opportunities
Every activity is designed to encourage children to challenge themselves, work collaboratively and enjoy the natural environment around them.

Dates: Tuesday 25th May to Friday 28th May 2027
Duration: 3 nights, 4 days
Total Cost: £200
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required by 5th October 2026 to secure your child's place. A payment plan will be available via ParentPay, allowing families to spread the remaining cost over several months.
Departure and return times, along with further information regarding accommodation, equipment and packing requirements, will be shared closer to the visit.
