🌊 A Splendid Visit from Wessex Water! 💧

We had an absolutely fantastic time during Spring 2 with Sam from Wessex Water! 🌱✨ Sam joined us to explore the fascinating world of the water cycle and how the water we drink is processed.

Our students engaged in thrilling group challenges where we had to source water for a local village. The journey was filled with ups and downs, trial and error, and yes, a few fines along the way! 😅 But through teamwork and determination, we emerged victorious! 🏆

A massive thank you to Sam for the insights and for making learning about water so much fun! 💦 Let's continue to cherish and protect our most precious resource.

Exciting Day with Hot Poet in Year 6! 🎤✨

What a fantastic day we had in Year 6 as we welcomed the talented Chris, our very own Hot Poet! 🌟 Together, we embarked on a creative journey filled with chants, poems, and raps, all inspired by the wonders of the unknown and our extensive knowledge of the world. 🌏

Our class split into groups, and we crafted dynamic performances around the intriguing phrase - Did you know… ? 🤔💡 The energy in the room was infectious, bringing laughter and joy, as we developed our self-confidence while showcasing our creativity to our classmates.

To top it all off, we channelled our creativity into designing sustainable inventions aimed at helping to save our planet. 🌿💚 It was not only educational but immensely fun!
